Termination of service

I have sent a written request for Termination of service to the Mobile No.9766646826 bought by me at your Airtel Gallery Cellular Solutions at Heera Plaza, Central Avenue, Nagpur on 18/3. I was advised to give the said request on Mobile No.121. I have made a request for Termination of service to the Mobile No.9766646826 bought by me, by calling on your customer care No.121 and I was assured that the said service would be terminated and the deposit would be returned after adjustment of the last bill amount. I have received a call from 9561006201 about a week ago and I was informed by the caller that the service to the number has not been terminated and he asked me to contact one of the Airtel Gallery and submit a written request. I am unaware why the Airtel company whose services are going from bad to worse is dodging its customers and trying to extract money by such unscrupulous means.
