COMPLAINT NO WITH AIRTEL -4609848

My broad band is not working since last four days. I lodges the complaint on friday. No one visited and they treated the complaint as dealt with. Again I lodged the complaint no 46098548 and I was promised that the issue will be resloved by 1330 on 7th May, but no one turned up. again I called than I was assured that it will be resolved by 1953, No one came than I was told that by 8th May1100 hrs it will be resolved, again no one turned up I was told that by eveing on 8th May it will be resolved. No one agian visited. Again I contacted than I was assured that on 9th May by 1100 hors it was resolved. No one came. The official name who were contacted Mona, ATUL, Nilaksh, Princy, Adnan, Nodal Office Gurmit Singh Sandhu, Appellated Office Divya but airtell is company who make a fool of customer. It is humbly requested that the problem be got resolved and the compny sholud be penalized for inefficient service and giving false promises
