Monthly bill payment

Hi,

I have a Airtel post paid connection with no. 9740071407.

My bill due date is 21st of every Month. I had gone to Airtel customer center for paying my bill & found that my outstanding is Rs 2, 10, 200/-, which was a shock to me & the staff over there. My monthly limit is Rs 900 & i keep getting messages from Airtel that i am nearing my limit.

Not sure how can my bill amt for Nov month be such a huge amount. Infact i had recd my bill of amt Rs 570 for period of 2nd Oct to 1st Nov, to be paid on or before 21st Nov.

My account was transferred from Corporate account to Personal account in the month of June-09.

Plz resolve this asap & intimate me. Am seriously thinking of changing my service provider due to this kind of lapses.
