Techinical problem

Dear sir,

i am a airtel postpaid user from last three years, last year i take a addon connection on my basic mobile nimber 9936212777 my addon number is 9793547777. From last year i am countinously complaining to airtel that i have a serious problem with my addon connection that (there is call from U.P east airtel suscribers that we have made a miss call to them, that's why they are calling) after facing this problem countinously i made a complain to my opprator (Airtel customer care) but there was not a proper response from them they always tell that this can't happen you must have made a call . after many request to arring a call from technical department there is no response from customer care. i am facing a very hard problem from Airtel, please suggest me how to get rid from this irritating problem
