I wanted to bring in notice of the company that the kind of service provided by the Airtel employees is really pathetic.
Just writing customer focus in Vision & mission statement, will not serve pupose. Ground reality is worst.
In spite of registering the complaint more than 30 - 40 times from last 4-5 month, till no action has been taken from their end. My complain ref nos are sometimes even not communicated to me. I had a talk with escalation manager of Post Paid section also who told it will be resolved within 5 days.
Lots of commitments were made by them but they didn't even have a courtesy to reply back about the progress of work and I am still struggling with my network problem. My card is a corporate post paid type.
Secondly when we have not paid bills due to unavailability of services or solutions, min 40 calls a day come for reminding bill payment.
Also false commitment regarding money waive were done by your department but still not kept their words.
It was really a tedious experience with Airtel.
I was very loyal customer of Airtel since 6 yrs (frequently switching b/w diff no. of airtel for security purpose every year), but airtel has hurted us like anything.
