Charging me of downloading Games

On 30th dec I got a message from Airtel that you have been charged Rs.99 for downloading game, whereas i haven't downloaded any game. I called the customer care frequently about that, but they are telling me that we can't do anything and telling me that you have clicked anywhere and the game has downloaded. I am telling them that i haven't clicked any of the thing and I don't have a need of game then why should i download the game.

Plz. Check for this as early as possible.
