Dear Sir, I am using Airtel Postpaid number 9872920008 more than 4 years. When I take this connection, this number was Prepaid and after that I have converted it into Postpaid. Now I have made a request to Airtel to change this number to Prepaid. They are demanding 7500 Rs for changing it into prepaid. As per their words they said that this number is gold categary number. Sir, Why I will pay extra for this number. I have paid more than 1 lac rupees in the last 4 years in the form of bills to Airtel. This number relates to me and I am the Solely owner. On the moment i have purchased this number I have paid 1000Rs for this. So i dont want to re pay for that number again. Kindly resoulte the matter and help me out to migrate this number from billing to prepaid.
