For disconnection of add on number 9779084767

Respected sir/madam,

I had requested for disconnection of my add on no. 9779084767 on the month of oct . on my request there is no action. On the next bill circle, i was surprised to see the chrges of same no. After enquiring, i came to know that my application of disconnection is not forwarded & mis-placed by pacific communication, sco-19, leela bhawan, opp.icici bank, Patiala (Pb.). On again request by pacific communication, i again gave them request on 26/12 & request no is :30138258 . On the seeing of next month bill statement, i was again surprised to see the charges of that mobile no.. I am a very busy surgeon. I received so many calls from Airtel to pay the bill otherwise airtel will disconnect my all numbers. I am very fedup from calls made by airtel. Please give appropriate action against them ASAP.Please feel free for contact me on my given no.
