Unwanted services activated

I am charged around 40-100 rupees every month for some bikini websites and bollywood news, which i have not subscribed since november. I have logged complain in the airtel offices. The common answer I get it send a message. Never ever the message is deliverd-it always comes failed. I called up the call centre I get the same answer and say we can't do it on our end. It has become a very nice way of making money.
