I am surprised and shocked by the inefficient way Airtel handles their customer service. The customer service reprensentatives donot know half the time why they are calling the customers. They are also very inffecient in terms of giving information or even connecting to the other concerned depts.

They made repetitive phone calls and harassed me over the same issue of non-payment of phone bill. Firstly, Airtel sent my phone bill to a wrong address by assuming that I work for that company. Secondly, they disconnected my phone serives inspite of talking to two representative and telling them to send the bill to my correct company address. They said, it will take five business days for the bill to arrive, and yet they disconnected my services on the third day after talking to them. Not to mention that, inspite of talking to three representatives about this, thay kept calling me n number of times which was very disturbing and annoying!!! I had to spend a good number of hours trying to solve this situation since the representatives just refuse to listen to you.

I am not sure why can't they update their system with the phone conversations they have so that customers don't get harassed for the same issue (for no fault of theirs) again and again.

Unfortunately, my company is subscribing to Airtel for the corporate connection (another level of harassement) since if we don't go with Airtel and their prescribed phone plan, I don't get my phone bills reimbursed (which is part of my CTC). so, basically I would loose out on that money and in addition, would have to pay for my phone bills from my own pocket!!!

I hope consumers realize this kind of monopoly and that this would stop someday!
