Huge bill

Hi, sir i was with airtel from last 4 months. I was given a plain of 175 rs rental but when a bill came it was 250 rental i talked to them wait for a long queue on phone they told me, pay the bill next bill would be 175 .On the next month result was the same i paid 250 restal for 4 months regularly they didnt do any thing i always call them and request for the same thing..on the 4 rth month i stooped using that and asked them i will only pay the bill when they will reduse my rental but they didnt..my no was 9971999775... i was so mentally harrased seeing my bill regularly increasing..

Now they are calling and they are shouting and abusing me on phone ..i am very depressed by this it s5eems that there is no law in india who can help..the no from which they are abusing me is
