Fake settlement by Agency

I dont know if anyone pays heed to these complaints, yet I am writing on my experience with Airtel Collection agency, Delhi. Dispite the code of conduct etc on the website, Airtel called me up reagring my old number 9818025730 (maybe with Cureman collection) and assured me that if I pay INR 10, 000, my bill would be settled and i shall get the NOC. I paid through credit card the agreed amount and still they chase me for money. Inspite of the code that only one person will follow on case, different people call at different times and are abusive, loud and brash.

Hope someone at Airtel reads this and takes action. I am still Airtel subscriber but feel vicitmised.
