Dear Sir,

My AIRTEL number is 9650010927.Two days back i got an SMS on my phone that your outgoing calls are barred due to non payment of your previous number 9818812274 of 1310rs.

Sir, i was using this number 1.5 yrs back and i surrendered the number (9818812274) after paying all the due amount. Now, all of a AIRTEL is asking me to pay 1310rs more on that number.

When i called the customer care they replied that they will not open my services on my current number (9650010927), until and unless i dont pay my due amount on my previous bill of my previous number (9818812274).

Sir, now i dont have any records with me of my previous number (9818812274), as i was using it 1.5 yrs back. And when i m asking for the details from AIRTEL they are not providing me the details.

Please suggest me what to do.
