Post paid connection activation problem

I subscribed a postpaid scheme from AirTel through AirTel's authorized dealer called "Info Mark Solutions" Mumbai 20 days before. I paid Rs.600 for the same and got the SIM card. This subscription is from prepaid to post paid for the same mobile number. While i purchased the SIM i have produced the documents states my address and phone number. After two days, i got a call from Info Mark Solutions saying that they have lost my address proof document and asked me to send it through courier. I sent it and received the confirmation from them. After few days i called AirTel customer support to know the status of my post paid SIM card activation. AirTel employee told me that, they did not received my application from Info Mark Solutions. After few days, i got a call from AirTel asking about the informations and i provided the same. Then yesterday (26th Dec) AirTel employee came to my office and verified the address and told me that they will activate the SIM on 27th Dec. In the mean time early morning on 27 Dec i noticed that my prepaid SIM connection which i was used was blocked, this means that they are going to activate my post paid SIM connection. But, while i was checking the post paid SIM i noticed that the post paid SIM connection was not activated. Then i called AirTel customer support, they told me that they have activated the post paid SIM. I told them that still it is not activated. Then they asked my post paid SIM number (which i bought it from "InfoMark"solutions), i told them the SIM number. The SIM number which AirTel was activated was different from my post paid SIM which i bought it from InfoMark solutions.

They told me to contact the InfoMark solutions. I called them but there is no response from them. Do not buy from InforMark Solutions. This company is a scam!
