Prepaid to postpaid migtration

Hi

I have requested for migration to postpaid from prepaid for no. 9815544464. But after 10 days my number is still not migrated to postpaid from prepaid. your representatives give me 72 hr TAT. I have submitted my request to sandeep telecom Mansa Punjab on 26 sept. 2010 along with ID proof and 500 rs. as security depoist. They also gave me a reciept and unregistered sim (sim no. 0991020909200337483) which is still not actiavted till date. Whenever i call them, they are saying that they have forwaded my resquest and delay is from airtel side. Will you plz check my mobile no. status and tell me when it will be migrated?
