I had purchased an aietel duplicate mobile postpaid card-9890244154 on the10th of nov. As i wanted to change the original holder's name, i waswas asked to buy a post-paid for 3 months. Mylost sim-card was a pre-paid sim. After repeated reminders, a person from the verification agency came to my residence on 23rd nov. I enquired with the airtell gallery on the 25 th. They are saying that the verification agency are saying that they have not visited my residence. Uptil now my card has not been activated. I have complained to the nodal officer, but of no use
