Withdraw of service

A few months ago i have given a resquest letter to Supreme Telecom erode to discontinue my mobile number as there were some fake billing summary. They accepted the letter and destroyed my sim themselves. But still i am getting bills for my mobile number. But the supreme telecom does'nt take any responsibility to follow the issue and close it. Even the tamilnadu nodal officer is not responding to the e mails regarding this.

Also airtel stealing money from my prepaid number saying that last sms charges and last call charges. This happens whenever my pre paid balace comes below Rs.20

i don't know how to handle these mobile mafia.
