Service Barred

I took a corporate postpaid connection in Jan, i gave all the required documents and the service was ok. As i was not getting bill on my residence so i changed my address to office. My number was barred without my knowledge and any information. So, i went and submit the updated address proofs. After submitting the documents, i was informed that they still hav not received the docs, i told them the ARC where i submitted all my docs. After 1 week they barred my service, because they did not get my documetns. The problem was from there side, they do not have co-ordination. I told them so many times that i have given all the proofs, still my number is barred.

Can anyone help me in this regard.
