Inflated Bill Amount

Hi,

I have been using Airtel PostPiad after switched into Airtel from Vodafone. I'd called up the customer care and activated Plan 98 of GPRS service. However, they intentionally took down the request and for 125 MB of usage they charged Rs 1250 from me.

This is an unethical way of doing the business. I strongly disagree this way of business...

Very BAD.
