Excess bill

My number is 9501007927. I have charged for Internet bills on nokia 1616 mobile handset which is not compatible for internet access. i also charged for wallpaper downloads. i have charged 583 rupees for internet access. and 322 rupees for download wallpapers and games. handset is not compatible for any internet access. Customer care executives refund 501 rupees and say me to pay remaining bill. why should i pay the amount which is not used by me? please send me correct bill and take a strict action for the faulty.
