Wrong charges in bill frm last 10 months

Dear sir... m using airtel postpaid connection frm last 10 yers olmost... my account no 107-103198197... i lodged a complaint ref no... F733227309... from last decembre 2009 i chnged my airtel plan... in wich clip chargess r included... i hv 3 add on connectionss... so the clip charges (50 50 25) r =1250 texses..(for 10 months).r apllied frm last decembre... 2009... my bill is cuming thru mail... i dint checkd ma billl..frm last 8/9 months... n my payment is auto debit... via visa bill pay... so idint chkd the bill..or nything... last month whn i found the clip charges a r applied..i called 121 thy toldd 3 monthss ka wave ho jayega... bt whn i called yesterday..thy told .only one months charges r ..reverted... no other discount or waver is posible... frm lsast decmber... my total acces amount paid is 125*10=1250 tesxes... so plz look into the matter...
