Airtel Postpaid Connection
Egarding recharge of postpaid in J & k

Dear Sir,

Recently due to security reasons prepaid mobile services were discontinued in Jammu and Kashmir and companies started converting the existing prepaid to post paid. Recently I got my mobile converted to postpaid and from the day one deductions started from the amount as paid for the plan Viz99 and now very little amount is left and I being told to recharge the same from any of the retailers of Airtel. Is it not possiable to pay after the completion of the month as is done in case of BSNL customers. Secondly retailers do not have facility of recharge with them. No body listening except Airtel is busy in converting the prepaid from postpaid and start deducting the charges.
