Duplicate bills

My mobile no is 9987682400 connected in mumbai, the above number is surrendered and all the dues have been paid / cleared I wish to have bills for the period .08.05.09 to 07.06.09 for Rs. 921/- & 08.09.09 to 07.10.09. for Rs. 110.53. I wish to put on record that there has been duplicate payment ie through citibank credit card and by cheque for Rs. 728.53. I request you to repay the credit amount against my connection. regards
