False promises by your associate_Vikas!!!

Respected Sir/Ma'am

I am one of those who are suffering from taking an airtel postpaid numbers.

My mobile number is 9818804817. I got it Disconnected on 19th of January my complaint number is 30527105. In reply to that i got a call from Mr. Vikas who convinced me to continue the number by saying that i would be getting certain new features to my number, which were:- 1. Zero rental, till the time i use this mobile.

2. An additional Rs150 calls on local numbers for 3 months which is extendible to further 3 months after that.

3. 100 messages free for the rest of the time that i use this number.

Still when the number started and the bill came it had no rentals deducted in fact my std calls were charged with 1rupee while it was told to me that it would be 50 Paise.

I do not know what to do except for moving to the consumer forum.

Kindly revert with a positive response that makes me keep my number as i don't want to loose this number as it is distributed everywhere.
