Airtel Post paid connection
Unauthorised bill

My complaints are:

1) Without my knowldge and permission GPRS/Internet service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.199.00 since from March to Dec. Sevaral times talked with customer care executive to refund the amount, only Rs 900 adjusted in my bill.
