Airtel Postpaid Connection
Do not disturb not getting activated

I have applied for "Do not disturb" on June 19th. But I used to get regular promotional messages. I use to call customer car efor the support but nothing help me out. In Jan-Feb I contact nodal officers and appetite officers of airtel. They ask me for my support about sending list of promoters with the details like date, time, subject etc. I sent them list of promoters at regular intervals. This problem got solved in June. Now a days I started getting promotional messages from some new promoters. What can be done for that. I contact them again, they told that we will look in to the matter but still no reply from their side.
