Airtel/Post Paid connection
Porting Request Rejected

I've applied for a number portability of my number 9810245844 from airtel to vodafone. I submitted all the documents to vodafone including the fully paid last bill generated by airtel.

However, airtel rejected the porting request stating that mine is a corporate connection and can not be ported out. As such, there is no such regulation within TRAI that asks me for such eligibility criteria.

I am registering an official complaint tomorrow with TRAI and then will be sending a legal notice to Airtel, in case no response received, I'll be moving the consumer court, Noida, located at G.Noida.

This is totally unacceptable on part of airtel and serious flouting of norms of TRAI.
