Airtel Postpaid connection

Hello Sir,
With great regret I would like to bring to light the poor service and sheer disregard for customer support of your postpaid service in the region.
Context:
I, Amrit Jami joined as HR Manager at P&G Katha Baddi factory applied for a postpaid airtel connection via your agent Mr. Manoj Sharma and received a connection with the contact no 91-981600 3579 almost 10 days back.
A week back, I received a call from the customer care verifying the address information. I was on transit and the voice of the agent was not audible. At that point of time I was put up at Hotel Taj at Chandigarh and I said the same. I have been put up at guest house at Katha Village, Baddi, Solan District.
Problem:
1. My connection was disconnected citing address verification failure
2. Proper verification was not done and is completely an irresponsible act on part of the verification agent.
3. Regardless of the continuous calls that I made to the agent, no action was taken.
We provide you with so much business here and this not worthy of being called service and is definitely not expected from the largest service provider of the country.
Expecting some positive intervention in this regard.
