Wrong Billing

I am bearing with airtel postpaid mobile number 9500150333 with chennai circle. in my october billing, i found one time charges are 843.98. I dont have any arears to pay and i was asking customer care center for details but there is no solution from their side.

I am considering this is wrong billing and there is no clear evidences to show the details of the one time charges.
