Mobile bill more

Sir,

I m having Airtel postpaid connection. I activated Mobile office with Rs 98 per month plan last month on 7th july.and used internet. But Airtel people are telling that I have not activated that pack and are charging 20 kB per 30 paisa. They have given me a bill of amount 1600 for the last month out of that 1100 is for internet usage. I cant pay my bill like this. I have the proof of the SMS that i sent to customer support for the activation of the services.
