Billing Issue

I received my current invoice and while checking the call details online, And I am very surprised to see that there are six international SMSs are showing from my number to "00248985308" on dated 29-10 at around 00:30. On the day I was in Travel.

I speak with Customer care executive and he refuse to support me as he saying the sms has been sent from my mobile number only, which actually was not.

It is very irritating that Airtel is also now on the wrong track for billing problems and unsupportive customer care.
