Disconnection of airtel postpaid mobile service

Hi,
i'm using airtel postpaid (mobile number - 9945 639 639) connection from 2005 to till date. Since then I'm promptly paying bill every month. Last year I have submitted my documents to Airtel (voter id, pan card) when they told it is guided by TRAI.Again on April 3rd week they sent me SMS to resubmit the documents. They have not accepted to send scanned documents from my registered e-mail address. They asked me to visit airtel outlet must submit documents by hand.
On Apr'25 they have barred all services. Since then, i have called customer care 3 to 4 times, no one informed me failing to provide documents my connection will be disconnected. As well, i had no time to visit airtel outlet. Later on May'09th I visited airtel outlet and submitted all relavent documents. But, my service is permanently disconnected without informing though i'm using service for past 6 and half years.
When I visited airtel outlet, I was told it will be activated with in 24 hours, but it has not happened. The next day i submitted documents i called customer care and they told once they receive documents they will activate service. But on 12thMay they permanenently disconnected my service.
When I call customer care, they said check with airtel outlet. When I check with airtel outlet, they said we already forwarded check with call center.
My queries:
1.How can airtel permanently disconnected the service without my notice or informing me?
2. Why airtel have not given me sufficient time to submit documents? How come service is permanently disconnected with in 2 weeks of time i received SMS?
3. Why airtel outlet or airtel have not received documents I have submitted in time and who is responsible?
4. According to airtel outlet/customer care after submitting documents the services will be resumed in 24Hrs. Why is it not happened?
5. Why airtel have disconnected the service after 3 days (12-05-12) of I submitting the documents (09-05-12)?
6. Why airtel asking me to submit the documents every year?
I have struggled a lot because of irreponsible processes defined in airtel and there is no coordination between consumer, airtel outlet and concerned departent?
please take appropriate action against airtel and provide service in short time?
