Airtel Postpaid mobile connection

Hello,

I have been holding Airtel postpaid mobile number: 9910989694. I submitted all the documents to Airtel office almost a week ago. however, I when I called them to verify the same then they said that your documents are missing and you will have to come again to submit the same. I am a working professional and took 1 day leave from my office in order to submit my documents to Airtel office. How-come they are so irresponsible as they don't even care to take care of my documents. Also, I can't take one more day leave from my office.

I can't change the SIM card now because the advance fee has already been submitted. I will still manage to go there once again but I need a compensation to my one day salary for the leave, I took last time to submit my documents.

Honestly speaking, the attitude of Airtel staff towards me was pathetic. They are not even ready to listen to me. I have been struggling to contact them again and again but they don't even reply to me. I would suggest everyone here not to go for Airtel. They are horrible!!
