Harrasment for submission of documents

I am being harrassed by Airtel officials to submit proof documents, I have taken this number 2 years back & have submitted proof documents 4 times till now, every time they call me & say as per govt GO they require the documents. Now this again they want the documents, I have spoken to them for about 4-5 times till now. They have been telling me that they would look & take steps but again they are asking me to submit the same ..
