Off late I have been getting messages from airtel that my documents are not complete and I need to send some more documents. My connection is in the name of my company hence when I talked to a airtel officer they told me some company documents which would have been difficult for me to get from the company. I started getting the message everyday starting from 16 jun I visited the airtel outlet on both 18th/19th, but every time they tell me different documents to be submitted. On 21st jun they disabled my out going services. They are telling me that they have sent me 4 sms on it and they are bound by dot guidelines. I asked them does this give enough reason to block my outgoing calls. I have important meeting in the evening and I cant attend them. Now they tell me to visit an outlet, but I am working and cannot do so in the weekdays. This means everyday I am missing my meetings. Who will pay for this loss. Also if stopping my outgoing call was a solution then so should the airtel be stopped from providing the services as they are not able to follow the dot guidelines for last 6 months.
