Levying charges for the unused services

Dear sir/madam,

I am the consumer of Airtel Mobile company having mobile number 9766991155.

he company without use of airtel tv service recoverin the charges of Rs. 150 per moonth since month of April.

when message was sent to see/deactivate the services fo my connection it shows that " NO SERVICES ARE ACTIVE ON OU NUMBER" and when bill comes it reflects the charges of Rs. 150 under the title of "SMS OTHERS".

Even after various complaints (37927298) the amount has not been adjusted as promised.

kindly do the needfull.
