Not receiving bill since last 6 months

Since last more than 6 months I have not received a single bill from Airtel & I am doing payment after enquiry in gallary. I have already inform sevaral times at Airtel Gallary, but yet not receiving bill & continuously receiving threat of disconnection if bill not paid in time. Now I will not pay any payment without bill. If disconnected I am free to go to consumer forum.
