Security Deposit Payment

Hi Dear,

I had a Airtel connection (Prepaid) for the past 5 years, now I received a call from Airtel office that your existing number can be converted into postpaid just by doing the payment of security deposit at the time of activation, so the executive from their office came and collected the Rs.300 /- from me and gave in writen in the form of activation form, I was not aware of any explicit receipt he was supposed to give me. Thus got my prepaid connection converted to Postpaid, and now in the bill they are not reflecting this amount of security deposit which I had paid to the executive and asking me to produce the receipt which executive never gave me.

I have that activation form only as an evidence of payment along with the signature of him on it. Can we do the needful, to stop such frauds may be company is also helping these guys to do so, they no these days mobile has become the basic need rather than luxury, so despite having such bad experieces we have to use one of the existing mobile service.
