Unfair mobile bill

I am using airtel postpaid number 918968690600. My number is on my aunt's name Mrs Amandeep kaur. On 6 April I received a bill of Rs. 19, 505. Which is quite unfair. The customer care executive explained it on the basis of GPRS usage but I have used mobile internet under pack of Rs.98 which offers the free usage of 2 GB in one month. I have used under 1GB of data and used the pack for one week. Being a student I can't afford to pay such a large and unfair amount.
