Wrong commitment by mr. mayur and their subordinat priya

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken a post paid conection of airtel mobil last year but i have face many problems regarding my no 9557300400. the problem is that miss priya called me before 3-4 days and told me that if i paid overdue amount of 1915 Rs. then she will give the baver of 415 Rs. and also change the address change request of myside, she promiss me regarding this and told me that its approved by Mr. Mayur (senior). after that i have paid 1500 Rs and my no is activated. but since yesterday my out going called barred and i tried to contact Mr. mayur and Priya (suman) but they r not picking my phone, not call back.

Its my humble request to u pls resolve my problem asap.
