Airtel Prepad card
Deducted amount from card witout activating a service

Sir,

I am using Airtel card since two years and I noticed that they are deducting amount from my card for no reasons and when i contactcted them they are telling u activated some sms alert service.

Same thing happened before four months back and they deposited the amount in my card but now it happened again.

For last two months I was out of India and the card was in my purse so question dose not comr that may be mistak i alerted the service,

Airtel must be cheating thousand of cusomers by simply deducting the amount and this scam is in crores.

please do the needful for the same. I am planning to put case against them in consumer court.
