I have recharged with 52 sms pack, According to this sms pack sms free (local, std) But after that also they are deducting the money. Its not only one tine in three months i face 2 times.even customer care supervisers are giving false information of refunding the money. They never refunded money and even they tokk 10 days time to resolve the problem.again after one month same problem.intentionally they are cheating people. My complain no is 0305511719 on 5th march. Superviser from bangalore MR KIRAN gave the commitment of fixing the problem within 24 hr.but it did not happen.after 28hrs when I called airtel customer care they told it will take 5 more days time again with false commitment of refunding the money.so friends please beaware of the cheaters, check your balace frequentlty.(if it is the case in prepaid then just imagine how they are cheating in postpaid customers.)
