Unsubscribed charges

I want to complain about Airtel deducting charges for services that have not been requested. My wifes phone 8894599767 is constantly having deductions for services that she has never ever subscribed to like cricket or other unwanted stuff. In the UK THIS ACTIVITY IS ILLEGAL, it is highly unethical to deduct a charge when the subscriber has never requested such a service. I have also experienced this with hello tunes and other such rubbish. It was only when I complained to Airtel that these services ceased. I have advised my wife that when her money runs out, she changes provider. Airtel is a really awful service and a discredit to this country. DEDUCTING MONEY IS DISGUSTING STOP DOING IT AIRTEL!!!

If the company had any semblance of credibility they would give back the money they have taken from this cell number immediately.
