Deduction of amount

Dear Airtel officials,

Sir, I am fed up with yr staff. Whenever I credit my above account with any amount it is being taken by airtel without any use. Once they took Rs. 212/- . Again they took rs. 100/- I am fed up of contacting them. They are unnecessrily activating things and taking the money. I just want to know whether this day light robbery is with consent of AIRTEL TOP OFFICIALS. IS THIS A TYPE OF SCAM?

Yesterday i received a msg saying that i am unsubscribed from GYAN PACK. What is this gyan pack? who is telling them to subscribe for this?

I am receiving intermittent msgs about film personalities going where, getting married, getting baby etc. etc. such nonsense things. I am not at all interested in these things. WILL YOU PLS ADVISE YR ROBBER STAFF TO STOP THIS PRACTICE. I DONT WANT ANY MSG FROM AL55563.

Give these all facility to those who need.

I DONT WANT TO SUBSCRIBE OR ACTIVATE ANY THING IN MY ABOVE ACCOUNT.
