I have just purchased Nokia N8 - IMEI - 352684049043321 on 06.06.- tamilnadui. My Airtel Mobile Number is 7702500743

I am from hydrebad. According to this offer when I insert my sim first in mobile this offer i should get avail but this is not the case. I tried doing it again and again but I am not getting any Mobile Office Offer. Also, compalint to 198 - 3 calls, 1 drop by executive, 2nd listen to query and put hold and no repsonse. 3rd said its active and didnt unerstood problem and i am speaking and he kept the phone down. This was just a very careless response I got from Customer Care. First they dont even know about this offer they say and this offer is there as you can check above Airtel website.and thay provide me a complain register number is cbnra30706576758 but for name sake they given... still problem is not resolved

I really need to get this offer as I think I should get it and I am a net user and with a mobile of N8 i guess internet seem to be a necessity. Now kindly please response to my query and tell me what could be possible solution. What tell me I feel my problem is genuine and better this offer get activated by Airtel on my no 7702500743
