My mobile no-9957568694 was converted from postpaid to prepaid on 12apr10, recharged with amount 222rs."phone restricted & enter restriction code"is showing on screen since 15apr10, though I have not applied any security code for my own convenience.mobile service is restricted without any prior intimation to me, Same handset is working well while inserting another simcard customer care executive service is also not connecting since 15apr10 after trying a lot by my another mobile no-9954992378.
