Unsatisfied service

I have received message from the AIRTEL (prepaid) company that I will get full talk time on every recharge of Rs32. But I am not getting the benefit to my number (9008898578) from this month after 4/3.Again I have received the same message on 6/3. After en quiring to service provider he told me that offer date has been expired on 28/2. So I kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible
