Efusing to refund after disconnection

I had taken prepaid connection numbering 08861791769 from Airtel at Airtel malleswaram relationship centre about 3 months back. I had submitted Passport xerox as document. Now after three months suddenly they have disconnected the number. When I asked the customer care for the reason they said, I did not resubmit the document. But i never got the intimation in the first place. Not even a single SMS or Call. First of all these people don't know that Passport is the most legitimate document a person can have in India.

The surprising thing is now they are refusing to refund back remaining currency amount.
