Airtel are thief people

Airtel are thief people please dont take airtel sim. Last month I have taken a sim and get it recharged with Rs 250 also I submitted all the docs. But todays back they called and ask to submit the docs again but when today I went to submit the docs they are saying tht ur number is deactivated and u lost ur balance (Rs 189)
