Very poor response from the customer care personnel

I wanted clarification from customer care personnel (phone no. 121) regarding why my internet browser is not working using 2G packet data (not connecting thro' packet data only but able to do so by Wi-fi).
It is clear that I was not send thro' the correct packet data installation compatible to my mobile phone model (Samsung galaxy ace S5830). But when I requested for the correct installation, the customer care personnel were negligent in their reply and I did not receive the correct installation after the conversation.
After the conversation, I'm not at all able to contact any customer care personnel through this number.
I DO NOT want to be paying Rs. 200 (2 X 2GB) in vain when I'm NOT able to use the internet facility.
